Due to the closure of our distribution center during the Golden Week period from Friday, May 3 to Monday, May 6, our shipping operations and customer center will be closed as follows.

【Shipping Closure Period】

【Regarding Order Shipping】
■ Orders placed by 8:59 a.m. on Thursday, May 2
→ Scheduled to ship on Thursday, May 2
※In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed until Tuesday, May 7 or later.
Additionally, if there is an issue with the address or a request to correct information, it may take time to confirm, and shipping may be delayed until Wednesday, May 8 or later. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Orders placed from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 2 (including during the closure period)
→ Will be shipped in order starting Tuesday, May 7.
※As shipping and logistics at the distribution center will be extremely busy after the closure period, we will ship orders in the order they were received,but delivery may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.


【Customer Center Closure Period】
