However, around the closure dates, delivery delays may occur due to increased logistics volume and traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Customer support services will also be suspended during the closure period. We usually respond within 2 business days, but as we expect an increase in inquiries around the closure dates, it may take us longer than usual to respond.
